The clubs that need to act are the ones whose season is already defined by one missing position. You know who you are. Don't hide behind 'trusting the process'.
Anyone who says they'll wait until summer is lying to themselves. The gap's only going to widen by then. January or bust for a few of these clubs.
The trick is knowing which January signings actually settle. Half the winter moves are panic buys that never click. The right one is worth its weight in gold though.
